STEP 1 - INTAKE
During the intake we will go over your wishes and your expectations. I will take you through the process of selling your property and show you how I can assist you, every step of the way. I will make sure we do not leave anything out and you have all the information you need.

STEP 2 - GETTING STARTED
I will manage the sale of your property with the care it deserves, ensuring we maximize its value and ensuring a smooth process. I will visit your property and determine the property valuation. I will remain in contact throughout the process, and will be available to you at any time.

STEP 3 - PROMOTION
While we visit your property I will take professional photos, and arrange crafted descriptions to get all promotion sorted. I will make sure your property is marketed the right way, through the right online channels, with the right people, at the right time.

STEP 4 - VIEWINGS
We will plan and host an open house day, to invite all those interested to get a feel of the property and get their questions answered. I can handle all communication and viewings for you, so we can move rapidly and efficiently, without putting pressure on your time.

STEP 5 - SCREENING AND NEGOTIATING
All prospective buyers will receive a thorough (credit) check, to see if they are eligible for the sale. Then, we will go through the negotiation process, with the goal of getting you the best possible price.

STEP 6 - SIGNING
Having agreed on the price and conditions, the contract will be prepared, approved and signed. I will make sure all agreements are communicated and recorded. I will then take care of delivering all required documents to the notary, to finalize the sale.

STEP 7 - LAST INSPECTION
Lastly, I will perform the final inspection of the property, before heading over to the notary for the change of ownership. Congratulations on the sale of your property!
